At the moment I give these guys a 5. I just spoke to Al about an error code P0741 on my Matrix and the possible causes and his recommendation. Now I’m not a car guru but I know enough to have bought a scan/code reader for issues like these. I already did some research on the code and the possible fixes for the error. The conversation I had with him was positive. He agreed that we should try the fluid change first and work our way up if it doesn’t work. I also appreciated him telling me to call ahead so they can order the part so I’m not stuck there for 2 hours waiting. I’ll confirm my order and the time/date and I’ll bring my car in. Hopefully, this fixes the issue. Thanks Al.
